YARRA YERING 2021 DRY RED & CARRODUS RELEASE!

THE WAIT IS OVER!
‍The release of the highly anticipated Yarra Yering 2021 Dry Red and Carrodus wines are soon to be available nation wide. Included in the 2021 release is the Dry Red No 1, Dry Red No 2, Agincourt Cabernet Malbec and Underhill Shiraz.  
Also available within the release is the 2021 Carrodus Chardonnay, 2021 Carrodus Pinot Noir, 2021, Carrodus Shiraz and 2021 Carrodus Cabernet Sauvignon. The Carrodus Range of wines were established in honour of Yarra Yering Founder; Dr. Bailey Carrodus.

‍"Vintage conditions were unhurried with the dry and cool weather, perfect conditions for vibrant acid retention and long even ripening meaning complex flavour development and moderate alcohols. With ideal conditions for cool climate viticulture, ample hang time in the vineyard, the 2021 vintage is a belter across all varieties, we couldn’t ask for much more."
