A youthful light golden-straw colour with a delicate and lingering fine bubble. This Pear Cider is a blend of South Australian pears of various flavour-strengths and intensity, which has allowed us to retain these elegant flavours during fermentation before preparation for bottling. The bottled product has a lifted Pear fruit flavour & intensity with a hint of vanilla and spice [only from the fermentation] and finished with a great acid fruit balance.
A young premium light straw-green cider in colour with a delicate and lasting bubble. This Apple Cider is a blend of South Australian Apples, which has allowed us to produce a product with both a subtle green apple presence and an aromatic sweet floral – creamy texture; this intertwined with the balance of acid and sweetness delivers a lively mouthfeel and texture that is soft/subtle and velvety on the finish.
A perfectly balanced “Cloudy” cider of Apples and Pears with a youthful rich, soft, delicate and easy drinking approach – a perfect balance on the palate of acid and sweetness and a soft and gentle sparkle. This distinctive blend of apples and pears gives a fruit balance that is carrying both the delicacy of apple freshness and crispness, and yet the fuller flavour, mouth-feel and intensity of pears – with the traditional cloudy presence to enhance the product experience. The Barossa mid-strength apple cider retains the light green apple colour of our traditional full-strength Cider - with a deliciously subtle and refreshing clean apple taste, while still maintaining the sweet aromatic apple notes - with 30% less carbohydrates.
