There is an admiration for his environment and the fruit it yields. Maris are champions of the Languedoc’s first cru ‘La Liviniere’ and are described by Wine Spectator as “The biodynamic apostles of the Languedoc”.
A subtle and balanced wine, elegant and tasty, floral and fruity, fresh and round. A wine to drink chilled with friends. Nice minerality that is in balance with the orange and raspberry notes.
Very expressive with some notes smoky, meaty, and dark fruit(black currant; blackberry). Inky purple on the glass. La Touge has full-bodied richness, beautifully integrated acidity, ripe tannin and no hard edges. It is fresh and vibrant.
This delicate and fruity white is a real pleasure. It opens with floral aromas that lead into yellow stone fruit and a hint of vanilla. On the palate this wine is beautifully balanced with crunchy green apple and fresh apricots. It has an intense and lingering finish, a very fresh and fruity wine.
It is an organic wine, with no added sulphites, made from Merlot and Syrah. Lively, fruit, a little salty and juicy, this wine showcases best of the South of France terroir; a rich fruitiness combined with flavour and a clear acid structure.
The nose and mouth confirm this impression through notes of red berries and citrus fruits.
Warm sunshine beams through the Muscat grape. The juice is Dry & Succulent, Smooth and satisfying. Keep slightly chilled. Gorgeous on all occasions even in Winter!
Clear lemon in appearance with aromas of pear skin, granny smith apple, citrus (limes) and some lovely floral tones of Acacia. The palate is fresh and clean with medium weight, and more citrus flavours are driving the palate, some subtle saline notes that give a vibrant sea spray and lemon twist finish.

In 1999, La Livinière (meaning “place planted with vines”), located in the heart of the Minervois between Toulouse and Montpellier, became the first vineyard to receive recognition in the Languedoc region. Château Maris covers 45 hectares of land, divided into a multitude of plots on the hillside above La Livinière. It received Ecocert certification in 2002, then Biodyvin in 2004 and Demeter in 2008.
The terroir, with a very gentle slope and sun-drenched south-facing orientation, is made up of a mixture of schist, sandstone, quartz, marble and limestone that has been present for more than 50 million years.
