Switzerland

The house of Etter has been producing exquisite Eau -de-vie spirits since 1870 from the heart of Switzerland. The fruit is sourced from farms around the area of Zug and only the finest cherries are selected, and it takes 9 kg of cherries to make one 700ml bottle of Etter Zuger kirsch! The fruit is fermented & distilled at the house of Etter and the brandies are aged for minimum 24 months before release. Discover these award-winning spirits to enjoy before or after a meal from the heart of Switzerland.

BRAND WEBSITETRADE COLLATERAL

The spirit of Switzerland.

The skill of the distiller is to separate the first and last cuts from the middle cut during distillation. This requires a lot of experience, a fine nose and a well-trained sense of taste. Purity, bouquet and intensity of the still young distillate are assessed by the Etter family together with the master distiller. This gives each fruit brandy the personal signature of the house of ETTER. With the addition of fresh Zugerberg spring water, the correct alcohol content for excellent drinking pleasure is finally achieved. Not all cherries are the same. 350 types of cherry in Switzerland alone and sophisticated distillation processes ensure an inspiring variety of tastes. Etter's sweet brandy cherries come exclusively from the best locations in the Zugersee region in the heart of Switzerland. Five completely different cherry brandies as well as many other fruit brandy specialties such as Williams pear or Vieille Prune are distilled at ETTER.
