The ethos of this exciting producer is to showcase the unique terroir of the Chablis region and its ancient Kimmeridgian soils that were formed 150 million years ago when the area part of an ancient sea.
Crémant de Bourgogne brut is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its minerality and depth are surprising.The grapes come from the great terroirs of NorthBurgundy. Even bubbles. Its colour is brilliant. On the nose, it is complex, with aromas of ripe fruits, white flowers and sweet almonds.On the palate, it boasts a finely mineral purity with a nice, lingering finish.
Expressive, fruity nose, exuding scents of lemon and sea air.Starts off bold and lively on the palate with a touch of minerality on the finish.
The nose releases discreet aromas of fruit and citrus. The oak adds complexity to a mineral finish. The attack is straight forward with good acidity. Fine and elegant with a good length.

The discreet and melted woodiness brings a beautiful complexity reinforced by the minerality.After a frank attack with good acidity, the palate is ample with fat, structure and good persistence.This reminds us that Fourchaume is next to the Grands Crus of Chablis.
