Clear light straw in colour, this wine boasts a fragrant nose of white flowers, bergamot, rock melon, lime leaf, and guava. The palate offers juicy acidity along with flavours of stone fruit and orange citrus complemented by stoney minerality. Possessing weight and complexity, this is a lovely, vibrant Pinot Gris that lingers on the palate.
With purity of colour, the Mysterious Diggings Pinot Noir 2021 has aromas of violets, fresh thyme, and red berries. With gracious, silky tannin and a lovely line of acidity, the wine has great energy and freshness, with flavours of blackberry, red cherry, licorice root and a touch of exotic spice. A wine of great purity, the hallmark Bannockburn finish of balanced acidity and a touch of fruit sweetness is both delicious and memorable.
A lovely light salmon hue, its fragrance is that of provencal herbs, white flowers and apricots. The palate is complex, showing great energy with racy acidity and stand out minerality, combined with dried raspberries, apricot kernel and herbal notes. Detailed and precise in nature, this is a sophisticated Rosé with outstanding length - a product of meticulous care and focus in the vineyard and winery.
